Traditional Arnavutköy Festival!

The 18th ‘Traditional Arnavutköy Festival’ is being held by the Beşiktaş Municipality and the Association of the Residents of Arnavutköy Bosporus (Boğaziçi Arnavutköylüler Derneği) at Arnavutköy Satış (Church) Square at midday on Sunday, May 31st, 2015.

Arnavutköy Festival is 18 Year Old!

The 18th of the Traditional Arnavutköy Festival, which is organized by the Beşiktaş Municipality in cooperation with the Association of the Residents of Arnavutköy Bosphorus, is going to be held at Arnavutköy Satış Square at midday on Sunday, May 31st, 2015.

Being one of the rarest quarters that have achieved to preserve the notion of ‘quarter solidarity’ in Istanbul, Arnavutköy is hosting the residents of Istanbul on Sunday, May 31st, 2015. The residents of Arnavutköy desire to raise the level of the tradition they have been carrying on for 18 years. The Festival, organized by the Association of the Residents of Arnavutköy Bosporus and the Beşiktaş Municipality, will be attended by some non-governmental organizations working on different fields, various quarter associations and district initiatives.

Concerts and surprise shows will be performed at the Satış Square, which involves a lot of stirring stands and the chirpy downtown of Arnavutköy.

We would like to have all the residents of Beşiktaş and Istanbul at our Arnavutköy Festival.
