Time Out Magazine published the coolest districts in the world. While Barcelona’s Esquerra De L’Eixample is listed as number one, from Turkey only Beşiktaş Arnavutköy is in the list.

Time Out Magazine, which lists up different districts of the world with different criteria every year, this year published the list of the coolest districts in the world. On the list of 40 districts from the world, only Beşiktaş Arnavutköy took place from Turkey. While Time Out’s list is normally prepared by the criteria of the atmosphere of a neighborhood, food and drinks, nightlife and culture, this time due to the coronavirus pandemic, community spirit of a neighborhood was taken into consideration.
